Plans and billing
Prices, terms, seats, refunds and cancelling.
Prices are in euro, with tax added at checkout where it applies. Payments go through Stripe Checkout: card details never reach Trace.

Scans are unlimited on every plan
There is no per-month scan ceiling on any plan.

Billing terms
- Personal is sold monthly, every six months, yearly, or as a one-off lifetime licence.
- Enterprise plans are billed every six months.
- Recurring plans renew on the term you picked until you cancel.
- Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal, and includes signature updates for as long as Trace is operating.
Cancelling
Use the billing portal link in your receipt email, or ask in Discord. Cancelling stops renewal, and access continues to the end of the paid period. A lifetime license has nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Usually not, but if its a problem from our end you get a full refund and on some cases a compensation. Ask in Discord or by email.
